Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 15 years or older Patients experiencing shoulder pain Patients diagnosed with rotator cuff tendinopathy by a physician Patients with a partial tear of at least one rotator cuff muscle, confirmed by ultrasound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with adhesive capsulitis, a history of scapular, clavicular, or proximal humerus (upper third) fracture Patients who received a shoulder injection within less than 3 months before the first evaluation

Pain reduction: measured using Visual Analog Scale (VAS);Shoulder fonctional capacity: Assessed with SPADI and DASH scores
