Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Adolescents aged 10–19 years with morbid obesity who underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) in the form of antral resection [the first staple firing started 2 cm from the gastro duodenal junction (pyloric ring)]
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - patients aged 19 years - those who underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy with antral preservation [the first staple firing started more than 2 cm from the pyloric ring] - alternative bariatric procedures as Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) or laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding (LAGB) during the study period.
