Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| •Primary Outcomes To evaluate the utility of Transcranial Doppler (TCD) in predicting early neurological outcomes in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) at 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th days of admission in progression of clinical data of TBI. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| • Secondary Outcomes o To assess the relationship between TCD measurements and the development of secondary brain injuries, such as increased intracranial pressure (ICP) or cerebral edema. o To explore the prognostic value of TCD in detecting vasospasm or other cerebrovascular complications following TBI. o Correlation between TCD and CT in detecting secondary neurologic deterioration. | — |
