Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Office workers (age 25–50) Work hours 6 hours/day of desk work. Neck pain =3 on NPRS lasting >3 months. Diagnosed forward head posture (FHP) =45° on cervical angle measurement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine surgery or neurological disorders. Recent trauma or injury affecting posture. Use of pain medications interfering with study results. Potential Benefits to Subjects Reduced neck pain and discomfort. Improved posture and workplace ergonomics. Increased work efficiency and reduced fatigue.
