Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 19 years old, with symptomatic heel pain for more than 3 months. 2. Unsuccessful response to conservative treatment with NSAIDs, physiotherapy and stretch exercises. 3. Patients with bilateral planter fasciitis, the side with more pronounced symptoms will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic inflammatory and rheumatic diseases. 2. Patients having diabetes mellitus. 3. Bleeding disorders. 4. Infection. 5. Malignancy. 6. Peripheral neuropathy. 7. Skin lesion on the heel.Previous surgery or trauma to foot and ankle. 8. Patients underwent local steroid injection therapy within 3 months or took non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within 2 weeks before treatment. 9. Pregnancy and lactation.
