Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - The first presentation of any health-related complaint. - The patient is physically present at the consultation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients receiving CHW visits for reasons other than new health-related complaints (for example, weight checks, vaccinations, routine antenatal care). - Patients requiring immediate/emergency medical care (for example, trauma, medical emergency). -The patient/carer is non-verbally communicative. - The patient consultation environment does not allow audio recording. - The patient does not speak Kinyarwanda or English. - Unable or unwilling to be contacted for follow-up outcome. - Unable or unwilling to attend a health center if referred.
