Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Age range of 40-70 years -First-ever stroke-related hemiparesis proven by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), lasting 6 weeks - 6 months. -More affected UE will score 1 - 2 on Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) -Moderate motor impairment of the more affected UE on the Fugl Meyer Assessment of the Upper Extremity (FMA-UE) -Ability to access and use a smartphone with basic proficiency (ability to install and use applications). -Adequate understanding of instruction during the evaluation and treatment process. -Absence of any severe comorbid conditions (e.g., severe heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension) that could interfere with participation in the current study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Severe cognitive impairment (dementia, or MMSE <24) that would affect patient ability to engage in smartphone applications or follow instructions. -Acute medical issues (e.g., uncontrolled infections, acute heart failure, recent surgeries) that would prevent participating in the study. -Paralysis of the more affected upper or lower extremity that would limit participation in exercises via the smart phone.
