Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who are 19-49 years old and in their first trimester and started taking iron-folic acid tablet Pregnant women who are permanent residents of the study areas (lived for at least six months prior to the study), Pregnant women who are willing to give an informed consent to participate in the study, Pregnant women who are physically and mentally healthy and Pregnant women who are free from any medical or obstetrical problems.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who are under 19 years old and who are in their second, third and fourth trimesters Pregnant women who are not permanent residents of the study area (lived less than six months prior to the study) Pregnant women who are willing to give their consent to participate in the study Pregnant women with serious medical and obstetric conditions including physical and mental health problems In Clusters will be excluded if there are any other similar interventions either by the government or non government organizations during the study in the area.
