Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study will include all households and their compounds in the selected communities/clusters with a previous case of visceral leishmaniasis in the past 1-2 years based on the Amudat hospital records. And with all those whose household heads consent to be involved in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those communities without any prior history of cases of visceral leishmaniasis in the past 1-2 years will not be involved in the study.
