Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Baseline fasting blood sugar level between the ranges of 70-100 mg/dL Ability to fast for 8-12 hours overnight Ability to commit 2-3 hours of time on the selected days of the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking Alcohol consumption Pregnancy in females Presence of medical condition such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases
