Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Doctors who have been working in the hospitals in the intervention and control arm for six months and above will be included. Physicians involved in antimicrobial prescribing and decision-making using stg. Doctors who use the mobile application as part of their routine clinical practice will be included. Physicians who will stay and work in the study hospitals for six months and more from the commencement of the study will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Doctors who are not working in the study hospitals will be excluded. Physicians who will not stay and work in the study hospitals for six months and more from the commencement of the study will be excluded. Doctors in temporary, rotating, or short-term roles, such as interns, residents in temporary rotations, or visiting doctors, should be excluded to ensure consistent engagement with the app and reliable data collection throughout the study period. Doctors who have participated in other studies focused on antimicrobial prescribing behaviors, or digital health tools within the past six months will be excluded to avoid confounding effects that could influence their prescribing practices.
