Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •One hundred men and women with high risk of stroke. •Patient has two of risk factors of ischemic stroke (Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Smoking, Diabetes mellitus, Overweight or obese BMI > 24 till to 34 kg/m2) •The patient’s age will be ranged from 45 - 64 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The participant will be excluded if they have any of the following: •Cardiac problems •Chest problems •The participant can’t hold his/her breath for twenty seconds.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
primary outcome is Breath hold index by using transcranial Doppler and secondary outcome is functional capacity by using six-minute walk test ;breath hold index is used to detect cerebrovascular reactivity and six minute walk test is used to detect the functional capacity
