Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 20 to 35 years ASA physical status II BMI between 18–30 kg/m² Scheduled for elective cesarean section under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Severe cardiac diseases (e.g., rheumatic valve disease, cardiomyopathy) Local infection at injection site Coagulopathy Contraindications to spinal anesthesia Known allergy to any of the study drugs Prolonged or complicated cesarean section lasting >45 minutes
