Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants in this study were: healthy students of the science and techniques of physical and sporting activities. agreed(concentment signature) to be recruited to participate in this study males

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: did not suffer from any lower limb injuries or muscle pain, non-smokers and did not consume caffeine, drugs and/or alcoholic beverages. They do not use medications for psychological disorders, food supplements rich in MLT or energy drinks.
