Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study enrolled pregnant women with a singleton pregnancy and gestational age less than 24 weeks attending antenatal care (ANC) service.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with multiple pregnancies, lethal fetal congenital abnormality, women who don’t want to receive care with midwife-led continuity of care, and women who receive ANC at the study hospitals but already planned to give birth elsewhere or who are unable to attend their scheduled follow-up appointments were excluded.
