Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both male and female individuals with NSCNP. The age range of the participants will be between (45 – 64) years. Participants that are diagnosed with non specific chronic neck pain i.e patient suffering with neck pain for minimum of twelve weeks. Participant must be literate in English and Hausa languages. Participant’s Visual Analog Scale (VAS) scores must be between (5-7) ranges, i.e moderate to severe neck pain.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participant with sign of red flag, neoplastic pain, fractures, or had spinal surgery, one year before the commencement of this study, Severe degenerative changes, infection, severe spondylolisthesis, disc prolapse, fibromyagia, chronic fatigue syndrome. Participant with implant or prosthesis within the spine . Participands with cognitive disorder (Mini Mental Scale) (Folstein & Folstein 1975; Bovim, Schrader & Sand, 1994) with least score of 25 (Velasco, Ayuso., Contador,& Pareja,2015). Health conditions that can interferers with progress of the study, like pregnancy, cauda equina syndrome, complex regional pain syndrome, patients with associated pathologies that made it impossible to perform the PNE program (myopathies and neurological disorders). Participant that is undergoing another form of management within the duration limit of this study. Patients with Beck depression scores of < 11. Patients with Beck anxiety scores <1.
