Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Health centers that provide maternal and child health services will be included to the study Mothers who have no mental illness, have no plan to change residence, gave for single birth, term birth, no medical complications, and without congenital abnormalities that could interfered breastfeeding will be included to the study Maternity nurses/midwives who have been working at least for the last six month at study facility will be included for intervention provision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Health centers that fulfill the inclusion criteria but are found between the intervention and control group will be excluded in order to decrease contamination of intervention/information. Mothers with sudden newborn mortality, sudden maternal death, and those mothers refuse will be exclusion criteria from the study Maternity nurses/midwives who have plan to leave or transfer out from the facility due to any reason will be excluded from intervention provision
