Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a single or multiple renal stones (pelvic/calyceal), stone diameter =2 cm, lower calyceal stone > 1cm., or failed ESWL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncorrectable coagulopathy and active urinary tract infections
