Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Their age ranged from 6-11 years, Able to ambulate, experienced gait problems (Level II or III on the Gross Motor Function Classification System, GMFCS), Had no history of recent surgical interventions within the past 6 months, Have abnormal gait kinematics

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: fixed contractures or convulsions

Biodex Gait Trainer II was used to assess walking speed, step length, and step symmetry, and 6 minute walk test to assess walking capacity for each group before and after the treatment program.
