Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or Female aged 18 years and above 2. Individuals who consume rice frequently. 3. Individuals who live a sedentary lifestyle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are on any medication ( particularly those that affect glucose metabolism) 2. People who regularly take part in vigorous exercises 3. People with established allergies to rice or ingredients in the experimental dishes. 4.Individuals recovering from chronic illnesses.
