Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Adults 19-50 years 2- Both genders 3- Ambulant Patients with ataxia, with Burg Balance scale above 16

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Presence of contraindications to TMS such as pregnancy, epilepsy skull defects, metal implants or pacemaker. 2- Sever ataxia , Burg Balance scale below 16

improvement of gait increase velocity of 20 meter walk test ;Improvement of cognition on cerebellar cognitive scale
