Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age from 18 to 75 Male or female - Bilateral symptomatic osteoarthritis of the knee (1-4 according to Kellgren-Lawrence) - Failure of non-surgical treatment for at least 3 months - Acceptance of the protocol by signing the informed consent form provided to the patient - Ability to attend all follow-up appointments
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Active rheumatic disease - Presence of local or general infection - Unilateral gonarthrosis - Pregnancy - Congenital or acquired diseases causing significant knee deformities - Injection of steroids or viscosupplementation in the last 3 months. - Presence of disorders that may affect the results of the operation: anaemia, thrombocytopenia, coagulation disorders, etc. - Malignant tumour - Metabolic or thyroid disorders - Recent traumatic event of the lower limb (6 months) - Surgery on the target knee in the past year - Cognitive impairment

| - To assess the effectiveness of PRP injections and adipose tissue in relieving or reducing pain, based on VAS, WOMAC, KOOS and SF-36 measurements. - To assess the improvement in joint mobility and the reduction in patellar shock in patients with Knee osteoarthritis by comparing the impact of the two therapies. - To analyse the impact of certain factors such as age, sex, osteoarthritis severity and the use of certain drugs on the effectiveness of PRP and adipose MSC injections in patients suffering from gonarthrosis. - To study the influence of osteoarthritis severity on the therapeutic results of PRP and adipose MSC injections. - To analyse the durability of the short- and long-term benefits of adipose MSC injections compared with PRP injections for the treatment of gonarthrosis. | — |
