Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Parents/Caregivers were eligible if they had a child younger than 4 weeks who had not yet received a first dose of pentavalent vaccine at the time of enrollment • Parents/Caregivers or at least one person in the household/compound/ having a working mobile phone, connection and parents/ caregivers willing to sign informed consent to participate in the study. • Permanent resident of the study area

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • A child being more than 4 weeks of age with where the parent/ caregiver did not have no a valid mobile phone connection in the house and • Parent/caregivers did not provide consent to participate in the study • Parent/ care giver whose caregivers plan to go to attend a different center for the child’s remaining vaccination visits • Infants who already received the vaccine other than the birth dose of BCG or polio.
