Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe ptosis. Poor levator function (Levator function less than 4mm). Patients should be medically stable and fit for anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Congenital ptosis associated with other ophthalmic syndromes. Previous ptosis surgery. Previous eye lid surgery. Corneal hypoesthesia.
