Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 80 patients of either gender aged (21-60 years old) scheduled for upper limb surgery (arthroscopic shoulder surgery) from January 2021 to March 2023.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients infection at the proposed site of block coagulopathies allergy to local anesthetics mental disability neuropathy involving the brachial plexus uncontrolled hypertension refused regional anesthesia
