Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Women over the age of 18 years, who are between 12 and 24 weeks of gestation - Those able to read and write - Those who identified as experiencing psychological distress according to screening tool

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - women with active mental health and psychological issues (specifically, suicidality, active psychosis, PTSD, depression, social anxiety, active bipolar disorders) - women with current substance use - known diagnosis of chronic medical illnesses (specifically, HIV, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and epilepsy - women who identified with high risk pregnancy
