Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Pathological or Radiological proven HCC patients. 2) Patients with unresectable disease, or for those who are medically inoperable due to comorbidity and unfit for surgery. 3) Patients who are failed on Radiofrequency Ablation and Chemoembolization 4) Unavailability of the Targeted therapy (Sorafenib and Regorafenib). 5) Unavailability of Immunotherapy. 6) patients who have comorbidities interfere with usage of Targeted and Chemotherapy therapy. 7) Patients with Performance Status ECOG PS (0-2). 8) Tumor size totally not exceed 10 cm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have small sized lesion eligible for Surgery. 2) Patients who are eligible for Radiofrequency and Chemoembolization. 3) Patients who can receive definitive targeted therapy (Sorafenib). 4) Patients with Performance Status > 2.
