Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study will include all child patients treated for concealed penis deformity planned for modified penoplasty added by liposuction over the past 3 years starting from January 2021 till January 2024.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Adult patients. • Previously operated patients. • Patients with associated congenital anomalies as hypospadias.

| Follow-up visits are scheduled at 1-, 3-, and 6-months post-surgery, with yearly assessments planned thereafter. - Outcome measures include: - Postoperative flaccid penile length (measured using a standardized ruler). - Complication rates assessed using the Clavien-Dindo classification. - Parent satisfaction assessed using a 4-point Likert scale questionnaire (1 = very unsatisfactory, 4 = very satisfactory). - Monitoring of voiding function, hygiene, and any signs of infection or other complications. | — |
