Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -The participants will be selected according to the following criteria: - diagnosis of T2D for at least 12 months; - declaring fasting during Ramadan, - male; aged 25-64 years; - glycated hemoglobin between 6.0% and 10.0%; not having started insulin therapy in the previous 6 months and/or sulfonylureas therapy in the previous 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-consenting patients, - with HBP, or other unstable cardiovascular pathologies, with osteo-ligamentous, muscular, respiratory, renal or other damage that could limit their physical activity will be excluded from the study. - Patients who were unable to complete the physical activity proposed by our protocol, who were unable to fast the entire month of Ramadan and who have incomplete explorations and/or biological analyses will be excluded from the study.
