Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the Gavi pilot cohort • Females aged 18 – 30 years who were included in the pilot vaccination of the Gavi demonstration program cohort • Willing to give informed consent to the research team and fill out a short survey Inclusion criteria for the National Immunization Program (NIP) cohort • Young adolescents and adults (targeted by the NIP) • Willing to give informed consent to the research team, obtain parental consent, and fill out a short survey

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Pregnancy – performance of antibody detection in the urine sample of pregnant women has not been studied • Immunocompromised women due to lower immune response

HPV DNA status in first-void urine samples of HPV vaccinated and vaccinated cohorts. ;Concentration of total and HPV-specific IgG (immunoglobulin G) in first-void urine.;Level of knowledge and training gaps on HPV vaccination among healthcare workers.
