Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with third degree piles patients with fourth degree piles with partial rectal prolapse

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: first- and second-degree hemorrhoids, strangulated or thrombosed piles, concomitant perianal fistula, fissures, abscess, previous anal surgery known history of coagulopathy or receiving treatment with oral anticoagulants or immunosuppressive agents.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
the Operative time, Duration of hospitalization, and extent of Postoperative pain.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The incidence of complications includes urine incontinence, bleeding, wound infection, incontinence, recurrence, and perianal fistula. The duration to perform normal daily activities.
