Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The following inclusion criteria will be used to select eligible participants for the study: - male smokers with ages from 20-30 years without any pulmonary disease. -All subjects will be mild to moderate smokers according to smoking index. -BMI > 20-29.9kg/m2 -they will be required not to participate in any regular exercise for six months prior to the study - mild to moderate impairment in ventilatory function according to spirometer test. -mild to moderate activity level according to physical activity index.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients will be excluded if they have any of the following diseases or characteristics: Advanced age > 65 years old Advanced diabetes Cardiovascular insufficiency Advanced lung diseases Fracture Heart failure Lung cancer Uncooperative patient Cognitive impairment prevent a proper assessment. Ventilation function by spirometry: Expiratory forced vital capacity (FVC) and forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) It is the most common pulmonary function test. It is widely used in the assessment of lung function to provide objective information used in the diagnosis of lung diseases and monitoring lung health .
