Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female participants aged 18 years and above 2. Healthy participants 3. BMI 18 - 24 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are insulin resistant or have diabetes 2. Individuals with any chronic condition( hypertension, kidney disease 3. Individuals involved in intense physical activity 4. Individuals with digestive disorders such as Chron's disease and irritable bowel syndrome
