Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant female gestational age 24-34 weeks established preterm labor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with insufficient medical records severe congenital anomalies or intrauterine fetal deaths. If the cervix is more than 8 cm dilated, an urgent delivery may be necessary for reasons related to the mother or the fetus, renal failure, maternal cardiac arrhythmia during this pregnancy, myasthenia, or ingestion of calcium channel blockers in the previous two hours.
