Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: previously failed hypospadias repair, good remnants of perpetual tissues, preserved urethral plate, no residual chordee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previously failed hypospadias repair more than twice, small-sized penis for age, much scarring.
