Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women Sedentary Having a metabolic syndrome age = 35 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absolute or relative 6 minutes walking test (6MWT) counter-indication Signs of unstable angina or myocardial infarction during the month preceding the test Resting heart rate > 120 bpm Systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg and/or Diastolic blood pressure >100 mmHg Rheumatological or orthopaedic diseases Imperfect realization of the 6MWT Pregnancy Menstrual cycle instability Smoking Alcohol consumption Non-compliance with the study training protocol Any change in the subjects’ routine program based on a medical opinion The use of corticosteroids, oral contraceptives, drugs or supplements.
