Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Their age ranges from 18 to 25 years. 2. Body Mass Index from 18-25 kg/m2. 3. Having bilateral flexible flat foot with navicular drop (ND) of more than 10 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of foot and ankle surgery. 2. foot or ankle trauma. 3. foot and ankle fracture or dislocation. 4. Having congenital deformities in the ankle or foot. 5. Having systemic or neurologic diseases that could affect lower extremity biomechanics. 6. history of hip surgery or injuries.

Severity of flat foot using Navicular drop test for both foot of each patient

Hip Joint position sense using digital inclinometer attached to the middle of the thigh for both lower limbs
