Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A- Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffered a stroke resulting in unilateral hemiplegia for the first time. 2. Patients with HSP ( at least 4/10 points from visual analogue scale , VAS ) 3. Patients with hemiplegia duration more than six months. 4. Patient’s age ranging from 50-65. 5. Patients with mild to moderate spasticity according to modified ashworth scale .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: B- Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded from the study if they have one of the following: 1. HSP patients who had inflammatory rheumatic disease. 2. HSP patients with systematic problems (coronary heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes mellitus.) 3. Patients with cognitive impairment. 4. Patient who had cervical radiculopathy. 5. Patients who had shoulder surgery and shoulder injection in the last three months. 6. Patients with shoulder subluxation 7. Patients with other neurological disease
