Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At the time of recruitment, first-time pregnant women (i.e., as first-time pregnant women will benefit the most from the BFESI) in their 3rd trimester (at 8–9 months of gestation), will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: At the time of recruitment, first-time pregnant women with severe mental illnesses that could interfere with consent and study participation and serious illnesses or clinical complications warranting hospitalization will be excluded.
