Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All female adult patients Newly diagnosed with cancer and cervical cancer and attending their treatment at the Hawassa University Comprehensive Specialized Hospital cancer treatment center Patients who commence their treatment with chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18- years -old will be excluded. Breast or cervical cancer patients who have a family member who is a priest/pastor/or imam/nurse/health officer/physician will be excluded from the study. Patients unable to respond or talk related to oral problems Metastasis of breast or cervical cancer to the head and or neck will not be included. over 80 years of age
