Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Inactive middle ear cleft disease ( No active discharge ). - Pure Tone Audiogram with conductive hearing loss, Air-bone gap (ABG) =30 dB, and normal middle ear pressure - Patients with No history of coagulopathies and no use of anticoagulants within the previous 10 days. - Traumatic perforation within the previous 7 days
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - History of Previous Otological Surgery. - History of hearing loss before trauma. - Traumatic perforation of more than 7 days. - Traumatic perforation with active discharge or recent infection at the time of presentation. - Pure Tone Audiogram with Sensorineural hearing loss or conductive hearing loss with Air bone gap > 30 dB or abnormal middle ear pressure. - Patients with a history of coagulopathies or taking anticoagulants within the previous 10 days. - Patients with URTI ( Rhinitis, Sinusitis, Tonsillopharyngitis )
