Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: non-united fracture femur with intramedullary nail fixation 9 months after the previous surgery adults over 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients under 18 years old those with infected nonunion fractures those with open fractures

Primary

MeasureTime frame
to evaluate the solid fracture union by plain X-ray in cases of non-united fracture femur with intramedullary nail

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
to evaluate the range of motion of hip and knee joints compared to the preoperative range
