Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Women having breast hypertrophy having greater than 11 based on sachii index 2) Women that signed the consent form for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Screening of the participants will be done in conjunction with a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology and cardilogist. 1) Pregnant women as there are pregnancy related hormonal changes. 2) Women who are breast feeding due to increased production of prolactin. 3) History of breast carcinoma by self-report. 4) History of mammoplasty by self-report. 5) Pathologic hypertrophy of the breast. 6) Medical condition severe enough to interfere with quality of life by self-report such as cardiac disease, cancer etc. 7) History of trauma to the neck, upper limb or chest.
