Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-64 years old. 2. Super obese patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous bariatric surgery. 2. Patients with contraindications to laparoscopic surgery like compromised cardiopulmonary function or advanced liver disease. 3. Mentally unstable patients. 4. Secondary obesity caused by hormonal disorders as uncontrolled hypothyroidism or Cushing's syndrome.
