Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Mothers or caregivers who have a child at the age of 6 months (5 months 0 days through 6 months 30 days). • House hold/ families who do not have the plan to move away from the selected cluster during the intervention period. • Mothers/caregivers without a known mental health problem. • Mothers capable of giving consent notes and willing to be visited by voluntary health workers, supervisors, and data collectors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Children with malformation and any developmental disability. • A child with chronic malnutrition • A child with any kind of seizure
