Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants have bilateral flexible flat foot with navicular drop of more than 10 mm. Their age ranges from 20 to 40 years old. Body Mass Index from 18.5 kg/m2 to 29.9 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients were excluded if they suffered from: History of foot and ankle surgery. foot or ankle injury. Having congenital deformities in the ankle or foot. Having systemic or neurologic diseases that could affect lower extremity biomechanics (Mohamed et al., 2021). regular use of medication such as anti-anxiety or antidepressants. history of TMJ surgery. wearing removable denture or splints (which could be a contributing confounding cause of TMJ adaptive modification). All patients with systematic disease associated with TMJ like rheumatoid arthritis
