Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study was conducted on 60 patients of ASA I or II, between 21 and 40 years of age scheduled for knee arthroscopic surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patient's refusal. -Patients with: -Morbid obesity. -Cardiac diseases. -Hepatic diseases. -Renal disease. -Diabetes mellitus. -Coagulation disorders. -ASA III-IV. -Hypertensive patients.
