Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-patients presented by sensory manifestations suggesting carpal tunnel syndrome, 2- age from 18-65 3-both sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-cervical lesion explaining the sensory manifestations. 2-systemic disease
