Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: women with age between 18 and 35 years old, b) admission in the first stage of labor, c) women having vaginal delivery, d) singleton pregnancy, e) full-term (=37 gestational weeks), f) viable fetus in vertex presentation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) fetal macrosomia, c) coagulation disorders, d) hypertensive disorders, e) previous history of postpartum hemorrhage (PPH).
