Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: o Adolescent girls aged 14 years or older who did not ever took HPV vaccine or discontinued their HPV vaccine dose o Adolescent girls Enrolled in schools or residing within the study area (e.g., Dessie and Kombolcha) o Those who provide assent and obtained written informed consent from parents or guardians o Willingness and availability to participate in all intervention and assessment activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Girls outside the defined age range. o Non-residents of the study area or students not attending the selected schools. o Previously fully vaccinated against HPV o Unwillingness to participate in the study or attend follow-up sessions. o Incomplete or withdrawn parental consent or participant assent.
